About Us

Tony and Karen Harris opened Pool Blue, LLC in Warrenton Village Center. In November 2023, they took ownership of the former Payne Pools & Spas two locations in Culpeper and the Warrenton Towne Centre location, rebranding them as Pool Blue, LLC. They later closed the Warrenton Towne Centre store and relocated to a new space in Warrenton Village Center, where they designed a stylish showroom featuring glass tile, granite countertops, and a barn-style door.
With 28 years in the pool and spa industry, the Harrises began their careers at Payne Pools & Spas as young adults. Over time, they developed a deep passion for the business and its customers. For the past decade, they had planned to launch their own company, but when Kenny and Susie Payne retired, Tony and Karen seized the opportunity. Their daughter, Olivia, grew up immersed in the pool industry and now is stepping in to help manage the Warrenton location.
“We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and continually expanding our industry knowledge,” Karen says. “If there’s a problem with a pool, that’s a challenge for me, and I love solving challenges.”
Pool Blue, LLC offers a full range of pool and spa maintenance and repair services across Culpeper, Fauquier, Loudoun, Madison, Middleburg, Orange, and Rappahannock counties, and parts of Greene County. The company also provides pool care consultations and water testing.
As longtime BioGuard dealers, the Harrises carry the industry-leading brand along with other top products, including E-Z Pool, Jack’s Magic, and APPI.
